Breath management (and we all hate it, lets not pretend), positioning, knowing when to take that extra headshot, and when to get the hell out of an exposed position. Many of the skills required to become a better sniper are not even related to your weapon at all. ”I am willing to bet that it was primarily your becoming a better sniper, and not the weapon (no sarcasm intended, kudos to you). Part of that is I'm sure I just have been becoming a better sniper, but it was like playing a completely different game the second I picked the longshot up. Immediately after I switched rifles my KDR went from ~2 to ~4 per session, and my lifetime accuracy has climbed something like 15%.
